Collaboration & Transparency

Work together, honestly.

We collaboratively, but critically examine each idea and strategy, ensure that we are working together and that we end up with a common and well-understood answer to the “why” of the engagement we are working on.  We strive to build strong relationships that can foster the necessary open and candid dialogue and feedback required to make an impact in the world.

The ParsonsTKO Approach

We believe that working together, iteratively and transparently, creates the best outcomes.  We create multidisciplinary teams that can learn from each other’s specialties and expertise.  Our agile project philosophy stresses managing risk, mid-project feedback, and allows both our clients and PTKO to contribute to great solutions.  We encourage and value feedback, data, and measured results to inform our work and direct improvements and changes.

Client success is our measure of client satisfaction. We have found this takes many forms, from personal and professional growth of client staff through skills transfer or mentorship, to departmental process reform and effective utilization of new systems or tools, to organizational success with achieving mission impact moments.  Often it is the case that our client’s know what they need to do to be successful, they just need help getting unblocked, managing the disruption of change, or planning out the smaller, technically intricate steps needed to move from planning to implementation.

We’ve built our company on the premise that deep collaboration both within our organization and between our organization and our clients’ delivers the best outcomes.   We believe this is critical to success, as trust and safety are the keys to creating fertile ground for expressing new ideas and setting entrenched views free.
