We have found this takes many forms, from personal and professional growth of client staff through skills transfer or mentorship, to departmental process reform and effective utilization of new systems or tools, to organizational success with achieving mission impact moments.  Often it is the case that our client’s know what they need to do to be successful, they just need help getting unblocked, managing the disruption of change, or planning out the smaller, technically intricate steps needed to move from planning to implementation.
