Mimi is a people person and it shows in her work. Her passion is in solving people problems for organizations of all shapes and sizes. Mimi’s experience spans 3 decades and includes work such as the Vice President of Human Capital at Connected DMV, a regional non-profit in the metro DC area, and Managing Director at Accenture, a global management consulting firm.

Mimi focuses on optimizing talent and organizational performance. She leads complex, strategic initiatives to deliver innovative Human Capital solutions to organizations. She has deep Federal government experience along with community and local non-profit work in Greater Washington. Mimi graduated from Tufts University and Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

When she’s not working, you can find Mimi cooking, teaching workout classes, learning new crafts, and indulging her 11 year old dog Lilly.
