Lisa McHenry
Client Success Manager
A native of North Carolina, Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology (with a focus in primates, she’ll admit if pressed) and a minor in Communications from UNC Greensboro — which, she’ll tell you, makes it entirely appropriate that she’s here minding our zoo.
Lisa’s career has taken her through hospitality, the Episcopal Church, outdoor education, a law firm, and a state university. The common thread in every role has been helping people find solutions and chasing those ‘Eureka!’ moments — for herself and for her clients.
At PTKO, Lisa’s title of Client Success Manager says it all. She loves supporting clients across the full journey: from their first time around our table at a Community Gathering through implementation, training, and beyond. Because she’s personally invested in the missions her clients carry, she’s especially passionate about helping them maximize what they have — knowing that nonprofit budgets don’t stretch without some creative problem-solving. Her favorite part? The clients themselves — and getting to play a small role in helping them put good out into the world.
When she’s not keeping us organized, Lisa is deeply invested in her community — having served as President of both her sons’ PTA and Booster organizations, and now bringing that same energy to her church’s outreach committee as incoming Vice Chair. There she helps coordinate support for women, families, and immigrants alongside a network of local organizations. What energizes her most are the interfaith partnerships — proof that the call to care for each other is stronger than any divisions we’ve created.
