Dionna Humphrey,
VP of Creative Strategy at Do Big Things

Dionna brings more than 15 years of digital communications experience working with progressive organizations to the Do Big Things team. She has worked with groups of every size to help strategize, create and implement winning online fundraising, advocacy and social strategies. Dionna has worked with a number of organizations including MomsRising, Greenpeace and Share our Strength, a national childhood hunger relief organization. Most recently, she was the first Digital Director with The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights.

As a consultant, Dionna has independently consulted with a number of organizations throughout the years as well, including Engage San Diego, Take5 San Francisco, The American Forest Foundation and SEIU, helping them develop digital communications strategies and best practices.

In addition, Dionna has helped many organizations shape, refine or begin their journeys to diversity and inclusion in the workplace as well as developing strategic plans and helping coaching individuals and teams through organizational change management and communications.

 

Felipe Jaramillo Fonnegra, Founder and CEO of Aplyca

Felipe has over 20 years of experience in web development, content management systems and infrastructure.

He is also a business manager and information systems specialist with implementation experience in corporations, newspaper and magazines, editorial and content management solutions.

He has skillfully positioned Aplyca in the professional services business with international business for countries including USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, UK, Japan, Norway and Finland.

Their specialties include: large-scale web portals, distributed application development, cloud infrastructure, content management systems.

 

Nate ParsonsNate Parsons, Chief Strategy Officer at ParsonsTKO

Nate’s wide-ranging professional experience has included designing large scale web platforms for national clients such as the island of Curacao, Hyatt, and developing custom booking engines for Micros E-commerce. He’s led the development of enterprise websites for national non-profits such as the Human Rights Campaign, and The Open Societies Foundation. He has designed publishing platforms for the Associated Press and Thomson Reuters and also the state of Georgia. He’s consulted for both the US Senate’s Sergeant at Arms and the House of Representative’s Chief Administrative Officer. Nate has also consulted for the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, helping them develop and execute a 3-year technical roadmap and modernization effort, as well as consulting with Twitter on the development of a custom CMS platform.

 

Tony Kopetchny, CEO

Tony’s focus and expertise are in governance, change management and brand strategy. In addition to deep experience as an outside consultant, he has years of experience working in-house at large policy organizations such as the Pew Charitable Trusts, the Center for Global Development and the US Institute of Peace. Tony has been practicing change management consulting for years inside and out and has developed a keen understanding of how to manage multiple stakeholder groups and convert debate into action.

Tony provides high-level direction and leadership on our client engagements. He has built and run large scale digital strategies and websites for organizations such as FEMA, DHS, the Open Societies Foundation, Brookings, The Pew Charitable Trusts, the Woodrow Wilson Center and the Associated Press.
